Movie Graphics Library Download and Installation

What do these programs do?

Once gLucifer, which downloads with Underworld, has saved rendered images in a chosen format (see Image Graphics Libraries Download and Installation, gLucifer can export the image outputs to an mpeg file. In order to do this, one of the movie graphics libraries libfame or libavcodec is required (you only need to install one or the other).
